About Wild Life Reserve Nepal
Nepal is a naturally beautiful country, which is rich in diversity of attractive sight scenes and adventure opportunities, due to its unique geographical position and altitude variation. We have three wild life preserve, Parsa Wildlife Reserve, Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve, Shukla Phanta Wildlife Reserve which are definitely worth a visit. Nepal Wildlife preserve serve as one of the bet collection of wild life on the plant from exotic Lophophorus to the elusive Royal Bengali Tiger and from the endangered One-Horned Rhino to exotic Snow leopard. Over 30 species of large wild animals and 180 species of mammals make their home in Nepal
The country is also home to more than 800 species of birds, or about 10% of the world total. Nepal has nearly as many kinds of birds as the whole of North America. Endangered varieties like the Bengal florican, Saras crane and swamp partridges thrill nature lovers. Egrets, herons, wren babblers, green babblers, blue magpies, Himalayan griffins and other magnificent species criss-cross the skies over Nepal.
